The Ingenico 7770 is a wireless and portable terminal that enables restaurant patrons to pay at the table using an on-line (Bluetooth) connection to the merchant’s authorization center. This fast and secure wireless terminal can submit transactions to its base from up to a one half square mile, depending on the operating environment. It was designed for fast credit and debit card transactions and features a long MSR swipe path, a powerful 16 bit processor, and a 15 line per second thermal printer. The Ingenico 7770 also provides a long life, intelligent NiMH battery with an on screen indicator to let you know how much battery remains.
The Ingenico 7770 is Visa PED and 3DES approved and contains a magnetic strip and smart card reader. Without wires, it can communicate with a wide range of devices such as printers, phones, bar code readers and PC's. The Ingenico 7770 was designed with UNICAPT architecture, which enables customers to easily move applications designed for the Ingenico Elite 510, 710 and 712 terminals onto the 7770. This terminal can benefit a variety of merchants including retailers, QSRs, convenience stores, auto rental, drive-through dry cleaners, even stadiums and concert halls, or any business that requires a portable payment terminal.
